Adequate Sleep Leads to Adequate Lives

An article on CNN summarized the importance of adequate sleep. The most interesting point isn't all of the benefits, most of which I've already heard about over the years through variouis news and journal articles, but rather the amount of time it takes to fall asleep. I presumed there was no harm in falling asleep one or two minutes after my head touches the pillow, but apparently it should take 15 minutes. I've always known that I do not get an adequate amount of sleep on an average basis, but this information is yet another simple way of proving it.
