observations, realizations, and generalizations: hospitals

- 5:30 is too early to be anywhere.
- crossword puzzles are effing fantastic. i miss the good ol' days in college when i'd show up for an exhilarating day of lecture only to do the crossword before any note taking could begin.
- nurses are helpful toward patients and mega-bitches to each other. the insincere thank-yous make everything better, though.
- scrubbed doctors make me tingly. (down there.)
- was the guy with 1.5 arms a doctor? i would almost hope not.
- hospital staff can and will follow protocol when dealing with everyone except me.
- surgeons are pompous and evil as evident by one walking through the large, mechanized doors whistling the background music for darth vader.
- ...which made me want a theme song for when i walk into a room. i'm thinking something along the lines of ludacris's love ballad with the lyrics move, bitch, get out the way.
